Every item at JoyGear is printed on demand just for you. Here is what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are produced within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized items may take 1–2 extra days.

Delivery time

United States: 5–8 business days after production.
Other countries: 5–8 business days after production.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, and customs.

Shipping rates

United States: $6.99 flat rate per order.
All other countries: $12.99 flat rate per order.
FREE shipping on orders of $99 or more.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 days to update after the label is created.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to correct it.
